FieldOps

FieldOps vs ServiceTitan's built-in reports

Last updated

FieldOps does not replace ServiceTitan. It reads the same jobs, invoices, payments, estimates, memberships and calls, and turns them into one evening email of what leaked today, with dollar amounts and who to call. ServiceTitan's own reports have the raw pieces. They are enough if someone in the office opens the right ones every day and works them.

When the built-in reports are enough

If someone in the office already opens the empty-invoice and unpaid-jobs reports every evening, works AR weekly, and owns estimate follow-up, you may not need FieldOps. It is for shops where those reports exist but nobody has the time to open them every day.

Common questions

Does FieldOps replace ServiceTitan?

No. It reads ServiceTitan data and never changes it. You keep using ServiceTitan for everything; FieldOps sends the reports.

Can I get the same thing from ServiceTitan scheduled reports?

Partly. You can schedule individual reports to email. FieldOps combines them into one list with dollar amounts, the person to call, and checks that need several reports joined together.
