FieldOps
For ServiceTitan shops · HVAC, plumbing, electrical

The money ServiceTitan already earned you — before it walks.

Every evening, one email: the jobs that closed today with no invoice, a $0 charge, or no payment; the estimates going cold; the memberships whose cards declined; the leads nobody answered. With the dollars attached. Not a dashboard you have to remember to open.

Built by the owner of a One Hour Air Conditioning shop in Austin, TX, who needed it for their own business. Read-only on your ServiceTitan data. Optional QuickBooks Online.

What lands in your inbox

Six things, on a schedule, each one a to-do list with dollars on it.

Nothing here needs a login. Every report is built from your ServiceTitan jobs, invoices, payments, estimates, memberships, and call log — the same records you already have, read the way an owner would read them.

Daily Flash

Collected, invoiced, memberships sold, reviews, and unanswered calls — then the short red list of what's still open from today, one item per job.

  • Every job that closed today without the money behind it, named
  • Month-to-date pace against the number you actually need
  • The Google LSA calls you paid for and nobody picked up
  • Manager-safe: no P&L, no payroll, no rankings

Job Watch

A text or email within the hour when a job closes without the money behind it — while the tech is still in the driveway, not at month end.

  • One alert per job, with a link straight to the record
  • Notes the upsell that was sitting on that job

Recoverable-dollars worklists

Call lists, not charts. Each row has a name, a phone number, a dollar figure, and the action.

  • Memberships whose card declined, and what to do with each
  • Invoices that show as open but were already paid
  • Open estimates, ranked by how cold they've gone
  • Replacement quotes that left money on the table

Weekly Scorecard

One spreadsheet for the manager that stops at operations, and one for the owner that adds financials, AR aging, and per-tech efficiency. Same numbers, two audiences, on purpose.

  • The dozen numbers a shop should run on, and where each one moved
  • Membership spiffs worked out per tech, for you to approve
  • Owner call-prep notes for the Monday meeting

Tech & Comfort Advisor cards

One email per person, never a group thread, never a leaderboard. Each tech against their own last four weeks and their own ramp target.

  • Techs: what they produced, what they left unbilled, and a few jobs worth a second look
  • Advisors: a separate scoreboard built around what they actually sell

Customer Journey

For the owner who isn't in the building: what was booked, what got moved, who canceled and why, and the two appointments tomorrow that overlap on the same tech.

  • Booked → dispatched → done trail per customer
  • "Vanished since booked" list with dollars at risk

Where the money actually goes

Three numbers from one shop's first ninety days.

A single-location residential HVAC company on ServiceTitan, doing under $1.5M. None of this was visible on the dashboards.

$1.28M
Open replacement estimates nobody was working.
125 quotes over 12 months, 17 sold. The backlog worklist turned the rest into a call list.
$20,683
One invoice sitting in AR for months, already paid.
The financing payment had landed somewhere else. The weekly worklist flagged it in its first run.
64%
Of one account's service visits billed at $0.
The owner's weekly file made the drain visible — and gave them the numbers to renegotiate.
Figures from the founding shop's own reports, May–Sep 2026.
How it works

Connected in an afternoon. First flash tomorrow at 5:30.

Connect ServiceTitan

A read-only connection you authorize from your own ServiceTitan settings — we walk you through it on a short call. We never write to your account. ServiceTitan's side of the approval can take a day or two.

Tell us about your shop

Who gets which report, your monthly target, your membership plan names. We fit the reports to the way your account is actually set up, so the numbers match what you see in ServiceTitan.

Optional: QuickBooks Online

Connect QBO and the owner's reports add margin, expense-to-revenue, and the invoices that will never make it into your books until someone fixes them.

Pricing

Flat per company. Sized to the shop, not to the seat count.

Questions owners ask

The honest answers.

Isn't this in ServiceTitan already?

The pieces are: ServiceTitan's Jobs with Empty Invoices and Jobs without Payments reports, plus the dashboards and scorecards. What isn't: one evening list that puts them together — unbilled and $0 jobs, payments not applied, cold estimates, declined memberships, missed paid calls — with the dollars and the name of who to call. FieldOps reads the same data and tells you what to do about it.

Does it change anything in my ServiceTitan?

No. Read-only. It never creates, edits, or deletes a job, invoice, customer, or payment. The reports link back to the record for you to fix.

What if the pull fails at 5:30?

You don't get a flash that says $0. If we can't get a clean read from ServiceTitan we send nothing and we get paged. A missing email beats a wrong one.

Who sees what?

You decide the recipient list per report. The daily flash and manager scorecard are built to be safe for a GM: no P&L, no payroll, no tech rankings. Financials only go to the owner addresses.

Plumbing or electrical?

Yes. The billing, estimate, membership, and call logic is the same for any ServiceTitan trade. The add-on and replacement keywords are configured for your pricebook during setup.

Do I need QuickBooks?

No. Everything in Starter runs on ServiceTitan alone. QuickBooks Online adds margin and expense reporting to the owner's weekly file.
