This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of FieldOps ("the App"), provided by Central Texas Climate Control, Inc. ("we," "us"). By connecting or using the App, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App to generate business reports from your own connected QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan accounts.
You will use the App only with accounts you own or are authorized to access, and only for lawful business-reporting purposes. You will not resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App.
The App accesses account data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data in your connected accounts and for reviewing any figures (including SPIFF/bonus and financial amounts) before relying on or acting on them.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Reports are informational and are not accounting, tax, or financial advice. Figures may lag until source records are finalized in the connected systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the App's output.
You may stop using the App and disconnect it at any time. We may suspend access for breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
